About Ali Kayer

I am a food, advertising, and product photographer based in Central NY.

My passion for photography started when I was given a cheap disposable camera when I was five and ever since then I have been hooked. Throughout my childhood I continued to shoot and create images, I participated in weeklong intensive photography camps for several years and was the main photographer for my high school’s drama and musical club.

In 2022 I graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) where I received a BFA in Advertising Photography with minors in Marketing and Criminal Justice. During my time at RIT, I fell in love with studio photography and creating images of products and still lifes that gave the objects personalities.

I love creating colorful and dramatic images of food and objects and capturing them in a way that has never been seen before.
